Improving & Optimizing all PMKS PT. RKMA activities in the fields of administration, finance Accounting / Operational Tax / Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and other needs / equipment so that the company can run well, smoothly according to other factory standards.
Empowering existing human resources in the company to be able to improve skills, expertise, discipline & high work ethic according to the required standards, so that they are able to compete with other companies, in order to create superior and resilient human resources.
Coordinate well with all parties, such as the surrounding community, related agencies & other stakeholders to improve synergy in order to build & develop the community’s economy broadly & sustainably through employment.

Prepare all the requirements & completeness needed by PMKS PT. RKMA, especially to obtain ISPO certification such as formal legality / Licensing & all other provisions with the target of no later than 2025 PMKS PT. RKMA has obtained ISPO certification.
Gradually & continuously increase capacity from 15 tons/hour to 30 tons/hour according to needs and conditions, through improvements and additions of better equipment so that all machine stations meet factory standards, including other supporting equipment.
Repair and improvement of infrastructure / roads & other public facilities such as parks, etc. in the factory environment, especially the main road to the factory so that it is more comfortable, safe and there are no obstacles when used both people, vehicles and other transportation in order to create a cool, soothing, beautiful and dignified atmosphere.

Over time when the short and medium term programs can run well according to expectations and predetermined targets, then proceed to increase the capacity of the factory to 30 tons / hour according to the raw materials needed through the existing supply chain.
Build and expand factory offices, laboratories and other supporting infrastructure facilities in order to keep up with the development and progress of the company when capacity has been reached according to targets & expectations.
Increase the source of TBS raw materials from Partners, especially shareholders who have been continuously developing and improving their plantations with a minimum target of 3,000 Ha, both in Aceh Singkil and Subulussalam.
